Artist Gorgisheli: poster of concerts

Gorgisheli is a musical group that was formed in Ukraine. The main representative of the project were two sisters from Georgia, who were born in Lviv and lived there all their lives. Girls Eteri and Tamara.

This musical band performs their compositions in Georgian and Ukrainian. They have an unusual style of music. In the band's songs you can hear a combination of Ukrainian and Georgian folk and art rock, and it all sounds quite modern.

The band has existed for five years, and during all the time the sisters have worked together, they have toured regularly, given many solo concerts and performed at various festivals.

The year 2005 was remembered for the children by the fact that they were invited to perform at a festival dedicated to Ukrainian culture in Poland. A year later, they were also invited to a concert in honor of the opening of the Year of Ukraine in Georgia.

The Gorgisheli group took part in the TV show "Fresh Blood", which took place on the M1 TV channel. Of all the participating contestants, they received the most points.

To date, the band, which was formed in 2003, Tamara (the role of vocalist and guitarist) and Eteri (bass guitarist and backing vocalist), joined by such talented musicians as:

· Alexey Slobodyan (played drums)

· Mar'yan Kozova (guitarist)

· Oleg "John" Sook (played the keys).

In 2006, in the summer, the guys signed a long-term contract with the producer organization Comp Music / EMI. At the end of the fall, listeners already had the opportunity to get acquainted with the presentation of the first music collection, which was called "Amore". The album was recorded at the professional recording studio "rspf.cc".

It's hard to believe, but the recording of the collection was fully completed in just three days. The whole list of the included compositions was recorded from the first time. Such well-coordinated operational work allowed the guys to convey to fans the feeling of a live concert, an incredibly powerful energy flow and emotional outburst.

Two years later, in mid-spring, the project was invited to the M1 TV music channel to participate in the filming of the TV show "Your Format".

Despite the fact that the vocalist of the group was in the seventh month of pregnancy, the band managed to record in just two hours, and after a short time recorded and presented their "live" music collection called "LIVE".

The year 2011, unfortunately, was about the breakup of the band.

But the participants at one time had a huge number of fans and admirers who were delighted with their concert music activities and unusually presented compositions. Journalists and listeners accompanied the group at each of the festivals.
